  • 45 grams quick cook oats
  • 320 ml cold water and/or milk or cream
  • a pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, mix oats and water/milk and pinch of salt and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer for 3-5 minutes stirring often.
